I found the location perfect. It allowed easy access to interesting neighborhoods. I could also easily reach the subway. The hotel had a unique and sophisticated vibe. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning was inconsistent . My room was only cleaned twice in a week. On one occasion, old towels were removed but new ones were not provided so I had to ask for replacements.

This spot is near many independent shops. Several dining spots are also nearby. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood so it is suitable for solo traveling.

The staff provided coffee in the morning. They also provided hot apple cider in the afternoon. The concierge offered helpful travel advice. They were especially helpful with luggage.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were genuinely helpful. The location was advantageous, with access to many local attractions. I also found the bar area very relaxing after long days, a great way to unwind before bed.
The air conditioning system seemed inefficient, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. The room felt slightly warmer than preferred, especially during peak afternoon hours. I would have liked the temperature to be more consistent.

The location was superb. I found many dining options nearby. The proximity to the subway lines allowed easy access to explore. The included breakfast was a welcome addition and helped to start the day WELL.
The room was quite small. Closet space was limited. This made it difficult to unpack. I encountered slow elevator service at PEAK times. This required patience when traveling to and from the room. The minibar had very limited choices.

The location was acceptable, i guess. It was close to a few restaurants.
The room i got was unbelievably hot and humid. the humidity was so intense that all my clothes felt damp. i told the front desk, but they didn't seem to care much, just said someone would check it. Nothing changed, and no fans were offered. it was probably a breeding ground for mold.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was near many bars and restaurants. The hotel created a relaxed atmosphere, and I liked its decor. Public areas seemed very clean.
The room was a bit disappointing. It was small and dark. There was very little lighting. They charged a daily fee. This was unexpected since there was no pool.

The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat. My room felt consistently warm, and the provided fan only offered minimal relief. This made sleeping difficult (especially when street noise seeped in through the slightly opened window). housekeeping seemed inconsistent. One day my room was super clean, the next, the bed wasn't made properly.
