Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
convenient location friendly staff fresh pastries
The hotel's location was convenient. The subway entrance was right outside the door, providing easy access to various parts of the city. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with directions and information. The included breakfast offered fresh fruit and pastries (especially the croissants!).
The room I had was facing an interior area and did not get much natural light, so consider requesting one that faces the street.

The room had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. The bathroom was well kept and stocked with fresh towels daily.

The hotel is directly over a subway station. This offers close proximity to the financial district. It also offers easy access to SoHo, and other attractions. The location felt okay all time and convenient.

The location was really convenient because the subway was right there.
The room was so small. I could barely open my suitcase. the street noise made it difficult to sleep and I could hear everything.

the staff were lovely and helpful. chamber st subway station was right across the street (this made getting around very easy).
the room was small. there was nowhere to store luggage in the room (it was difficult to open suitcases).
