limited equipment slow elevators
I noticed that the fitness center was quite small. It had only a few pieces of equipment. The selection of machines felt limited (especially for a hotel of this size). the elevators were noticeably slow. Waiting for them sometimes added unnecessary delays to my schedule.

I found the fitness area clean. It was well kept. The front desk staff were very nice. They were always ready to help. The location is amazing, offering convenient access to nearby restaurants!!!

The rooms are spacious by city standards! it felt recently renovated and clean. my king suite had a living room, which allowed us to have breakfast there. desk staff was very friendly. They granted us an early check-in.

the location is convenient, just a short walk from major attractions. it is only three blocks from fifth avenue, st patrick's cathedral, and rockefeller center. the hotel's proximity makes it easy to explore popular landmarks.

the room had makeup mirrors and a modern bathroom. the refrigerator was useful, and there was coffee available. the staff were very friendly, which i appreciated!
the elevator was undergoing repairs, so using it took extra time.

the location was convenient! grand central terminal was a short walk away, and i found several subway stations nearby. the proximity made getting around easy. the staff was cute and helpful.
I noticed areas needing minor touch-ups! the bathroom was quite small, and the ventilation felt inadequate.
