The upgraded suite offered ample space for my family. it featured fine views and a great breakfast with many options to choose from. the staff was very nice and spoke english fluently. the room cleaning happened twice daily. It remained sparkling clean.
the hotel needs some tlc, as the room was quite dated.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast was good with many options. i found the location allows walking to the historical part of the city.
Our room was close to the elevator. It affected the sleep quality. there was no kettle in the standard room and no coffee dock was available. i was told that standard rooms do not include a kettle.

My room was an INNSIDE Room. The breakfast included excellent coffee alongside delicious hot chocolate. I found a great selection of pastries, fresh fruit and hot foods. The hotel's parking was conveniently located just underneath it.
The Wi-Fi signal was unfortunately quite unreliable. This made it difficult to complete some online tasks.

I found the reception staff helpful when I asked for restaurant recommendations. The hotel provided dog amenities including a bowl and treats which were a nice touch. Paying for parking was convenient as it's near the central area where street parking is difficult.
My room was near the elevator. I could hear it often during the night. The noise disrupted my sleep.

The room was equipped with two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also installed. The space included a wardrobe with ample hangers for clothing and a safe. The room also featured blackout curtains that effectively blocked sunlight.
