I loved the spacious superior room i had. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. So luxurious! the breakfast had a great choice of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. i appreciated the secure underground car park.
the gym was a bit small, but it still worked.

the front desk team kindly made a few dinner reservations for us and they were very helpful! they remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. the staff also quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv.

the bar offered excellent pintxos and dinner options, i tried several dishes and everything tasted so fresh. breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. i really liked the restaurant's modern design.

the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the beach and in a nice residential neighborhood. i enjoyed walking around the area, and it felt safer than the touristy areas. there were plenty of places to walk around too.

The room offered ample space. The shower was particularly good and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location is convenient with easy access by bus to attractions.
There was no air conditioning , even though it was very hot. The staff was unhelpful about this issue. I found this disappointing, considering I have had good experiences at other locations.

i found the room lacking in some aspects. the shower drain worked poorly. also the towel dryer wasn't operational. it was frustrating, as these are basic amenities i expect to function correctly.
