warm welcome helpful staff great location
johnson at reception provided a wonderful welcome. he had a lovely conversation with me. he was very helpful. the hotel took care of every detail. the location, pool, staff, and food all worked well for me.
i noticed a very slight cigarette smell combined with plumbing issues in my room.

The hotel's location was acceptable.
The shower featured black mildew, which I found unacceptable for this level of hotel. I also observed another couple expressing dissatisfaction at the front desk during my checkout. The staff could have addressed cleanliness issues more effectively.

a romantic getaway
secret tunnel convenient lift amazing view
i discovered a secret tunnel offering a unique route to the city center this lift was convenient the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the beach and the city i particularly loved the modern finishes throughout. breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options i found the staff very attentive.
i experienced some noise issues sounds from the corridor and neighboring rooms were easily audible it disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere a bit.

The underground tunnel provided easy access to main streets. i appreciated the lindt sweets replenished daily. the rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind. I found it quite relaxing. the hotel's proximity to the train and bus stations made travel simple.

the breakfast was very good. it included a varied and extensive selection of options. the rooftop terrace offered lovely views, a perfect spot to unwind.
the pool opened late at 10am. the spa also opened at the same time and required an extra fee of €18 per hour. i found this charge excessive.

convenient location amazing quietness useful tunnel
The hotel's location was very convenient, it allowed quick access to key city areas. my room had amazing quietness. the rooftop pool had an excellent view. there was also a tunnel providing direct access to the street. It proved very useful.
i found the parking fee to be somewhat expensive.
