johnson at reception provided a wonderful welcome. he had a lovely conversation with me. he was very helpful. the hotel took care of every detail. the location, pool, staff, and food all worked well for me.
i noticed a very slight cigarette smell combined with plumbing issues in my room.

The shower featured black mildew, which I found unacceptable for this level of hotel. I also observed another couple expressing dissatisfaction at the front desk during my checkout. The staff could have addressed cleanliness issues more effectively.

i discovered a secret tunnel offering a unique route to the city center this lift was convenient the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the beach and the city i particularly loved the modern finishes throughout. breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options i found the staff very attentive.
i experienced some noise issues sounds from the corridor and neighboring rooms were easily audible it disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere a bit.
