This hotel felt far from a 5-star experience. I was disappointed to discover there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. A basic amenity I would expect. the bathroom lacked essentials like cotton pads and cotton buds! I had to call down for these items. An inconvenience I did not appreciate. These omissions were surprising for such a highly-rated hotel.

The building is a former palace with well kept architecture. I had a spacious room. It was very clean. The staff were consistently professional. I found the concierge service to be very helpful.
There was no coffee machine in the room.

The bar area had a particularly quaint charm. It was a nice space to relax. Breakfast had a very extensive buffet. There were many options to choose from. It included both buffet and à la carte options.

The location provided easy access to key city areas. I found it convenient. Most city sights are within walking distance. I appreciated this accessibility. The hotel is very near many main attractions.
