the underground car park was not safe, disappointing. our car window was smashed, and our belongings and suitcases got stolen. i wish i had known this before parking there.

The bathroom design in my room was odd. It lacked doors and felt very open. the shower's location near the front door also seemed impractical. Privacy was a concern! the breakfast was disappointing. The quality felt low, and some options were strange, like pasta in the morning.
