the room included complimentary coffee capsules plus an espresso machine, so great. a large tv enhanced my stay, that was cool. i enjoyed the modern decor in both common spaces and my spacious room, super cool! the bathroom was so nice with amazing design.
i noticed a slight issue of inconsistent temperature regulation. Otherwise, everything was great.

The bus stop was very close. The ride to the center took only 15 minutes. The pool was also great. Breakfast offers very good service. I loved being upgraded free.
The hotel supposed to be pets friendly. There was nothing friendly for pets. The hotel charges 30 euros per night per pet as cleaning costs. The price is an outrageous amount.

The staff were accommodating with my dog. They provided a separate area to sit with my dog. Breakfast was delicious and staff left dog bowl and treats. They offered room service after a long day.

The location worked well for visiting the popular city. Tapas bars and restaurants were a perfect location. A bus runs every five minutes. The bus takes you to the main area.

the mini-bar was empty, so i couldn't even get a lukewarm soda to suffer through. and the room service menu? seriously lacking options if you have any standards. plus, housekeeping seemed to have a vendetta against refilling toiletries. i had to practically beg for more shampoo, it was a disaster. maybe i'm just high-maintenance but those small things add up.

The room was clean and new. I appreciated the bus stop near the hotel. The bus made trips into the city easy. Breakfast offered many choices. I also used the secure parking and found it convenient.
I found the pool hours too restrictive. The pool was only open at certain times.
