the location was acceptable. it was near the beach.
the lack of parking was a major inconvenience. the hotel parking was virtually nonexistent, a real head-scratcher. finding street parking was like winning the lottery, a gamble i'd rather avoid next time.

i traveled with my dog and the hotel was dog friendly. a little dog basket was waiting for him upon arrival with biscuits, a dog bowl, and even poo bags in a carrier. i found the location to be super convenient.
the room was very small. when we put our luggage on the floor, there was no space to do anything. the air conditioning was very poor and it stank. the smell in the room was awful!

the hotel is near ondarreta beach with a nice seafront for walks. reaching peines del viento and the funicular to mount igueldo is easy from here. several restaurants are nearby, along with a fruit shop and a supermarket. i found the staff very kind and helpful (especially the ladies at reception).
The room was a bit too small. It felt cramped with luggage on the floor.

The breakfast featured delicious tortilla de patatas and pastries. there's also a coffee shop located in the hotel itself, offering convenient options for beverages and snacks. a grocery store is nearby as well. I found it useful for getting essentials.

The hotel includes elevators. They worked very reliably . air conditioning is available and ensured a comfortable room temperature. complimentary water was provided upon my arrival (a thoughtful touch).

the hotel is located a short walk from the beach. finding street parking nearby was manageable, even during peak summer. a bus stop near the hotel entrance provides easy access to the city center (it's only 5 stops away).
