the staff contacted me before my arrival i found that very efficient. giulio gave me excellent restaurant recommendations. the room was beautiful very elegant and cozy with comfortable beds nearly queen-sized.
i wish there were a better hairdryer in the room perhaps a more powerful model for quicker drying.

the junior suite had beautiful decor and unique flooring. the room had wonderful jungle touches with gold accents. it also was meticulously clean so i greatly appreciated that.

the location is near a tram stop providing quick airport access. i found two good restaurants a short walk away, quite convenient after sightseeing. the hotel is on the city's outer edge therefore it is a quieter area.

the staff was helpful before i even arrived answering emails quickly with recommendations. i received assistance planning my sightseeing and dining options. the staff was also friendly and helpful .

the team was very helpful with places to visit. they gave suggestions for restaurants and sights. the room was clean and had a complimentary mini bar stocked with drinks. it reminded me of i was getting the perks of a hotel, in a city apartment
the hairdryer was not very powerful. i have thick hair so it took a long time to dry. next time i will bring my own

The team was friendly and cute. They provided a map with recommendations for dinners and sights. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage there on arrival and departure days.
It is worth noting this is more like a B&B than a full-service hotel. I noticed it was quite easy to hear noise between the rooms and the hallway.
