the hotel room was too warm, i couldn't adjust the temperature. i had to open the window, then mosquitoes came in. the fitness center opened late and had limited equipment. i found these things disappointing.

the staff provided helpful tips about local attractions, and i found them always ready to assist. the location is great since it is near a supermarket! parking was free and secure, which gave me peace of mind. the tram stop being right outside was a major plus!
i noticed a slight musty smell in the room upon arrival, but it dissipated quickly.
