i appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station. it made traveling very simple. the staff were friendly. breakfast included croissants and eggs.
the shower area was quite small. this made it difficult to move. there was a step from the bedroom into the bathroom. this could be a hazard. the hotel rooms had thin walls.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. it made travel very convenient. the staff was personable. they helped me book train tickets online. breakfast was excellent. the service was good.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The location was decent. It was close to both the train station and the city center.
The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed so i had to switch it off. florence had a heat wave . Even at night, it was very hot. the mattress was also too small for the bed frame. i found the room worn and tired, with a badly repaired ceiling and cracked windows.

charming find near the station

i found the station just a short walk at 350 m. it was super easy to find and really close to the main attractions and some cool fast food places. the rooms? so clean and they kept everything in tip-top shape. i was really happy with the stay, and the staff were just so nice and helpful. breakfast was simple, but it filled me up before i head out for the day.
the shower took some time to get warm, and it got cold fast if someone else was using water.

the reception operates 24/7, which gave a sense of security and help anytime. breakfast included yogurt, fruit, and pastries. a vintage-style elevator offers a unique experience to the building.

rooms had traditional windows and cozy decorations. the minibar and coffee machine were good. rooms even have balconies where you can relax and enjoy city view. there are also some spacious room for all your family members.

the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. mr manuel was especially helpful. their kindness was really appreciated and. customer service was great and efficient.
