The breakfast buffet had a great variety. the pool area included comfortable loungers. i found the parking convenient and free. i appreciated the helpful staff.
the gym equipment was a bit outdated, a slight disappointment.

the apartment had rooms of a good size, which i found nicely maintained. the room offered soft towels and a very good bed. the comfort was AMAZING!!!

The staff provided excellent service and friendly support. They were professional. the luggage service was very helpful too. the night staff in the restaurant displayed excellent service, and one young lady had good english skills.

mixed feelings about this hotel
inadequate air conditioningneglected gym
i was really disappointed by the air conditioning. it seemed like it was struggling, and the room never really cooled down, uncomfortable. also, i found the gym to be a bit neglected. there was some outdated equipment, and it didn't seem as clean as it should have been, considering this hotel's reputation (i expected better).
