The staff members were friendly. They welcomed us warmly. The location is amazing. It is a short walk to the Duomo. I also appreciated the option to leave luggage after check-out.
The bathroom was very small and difficult to move around in. My room lacked a fridge and a safe. The lighting in the room was also poor, I found it hard to see at night.

the hotel is close to the train station and major attractions, made exploring very easy. the staff provided useful local recommendations and helped with our bags. my room had effective air conditioning and a television, important.
i experienced an issue with noise from the street at night, difficult to sleep undisturbed.

The front desk staff were lovely! They greeted us every time we passed by. Also they helped us with a restaurant reservation since the place only accepted phone calls.
The entrance had an ATM placed right by the door. It made getting in and out a little tricky.
