excellent location friendly staff clean room inconvenient breakfast reception air conditioning slippery floor
the location was excellent. it was very close to the ponte vecchio (i could almost touch it!). the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean.
this was inconvenient (especially when it rained). the air conditioning was controlled by reception. the shower floor was slippery.

awesome stay near ponte vecchio!
great location attentive staff special party
The location was unbeatable! i could easily walk to all the main attractions. the staff was so attentive. the rooftop new year's party killed it. The bartenders made it really special!
the air conditioning made too much noise. it was really uncomfortable every night!

The beds, pillows, and linens were excellent! even though the room faced ponte vecchio, it was still quiet. That's amazing. i slept really well and really enjoyed the quiet room!
