friendly staff unique layout
The room had very nice ceilings (i loved it) and a unique layout. Staff members were all very friendly. The location was great. We could walk everywhere.
The bathroom has no place for storage at all. There were no shelves.

the location was very close to major sites. the room was very well furnished and had air conditioning.
there was no lift , and i had to climb many stairs. the breakfast was very basic and not very varied.

grand architecture comfortable bed
the building impressed me greatly with its grand architecture. the room had crisp white cotton sheets and a beautiful bathroom. raffaele contacted me in advance providing helpful check-in details and greeted us warmly upon arrival.
The breakfast was quite basic. the variety of food could be improved. It felt more like a one-star hotel offering.

Acceptable stay near the center.
clean room central location breakfast variety no elevator small bathroom limited space
The room was quite clean. I liked that. I appreciated the central location. It made sightseeing easy. Breakfast included several options, such as pastries and cold cuts.
My room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult. It should be addressed. The bathroom was rather small with minimal space for toiletries.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City!
excellent location friendly staff
The location was excellent. The Duomo Complex was just around the corner. Breakfast was also wonderful. The staff responded efficiently via WhatsApp. The breakfast lady was very friendly, though there was a bit of a communication barrier.
There are 77 steps to the room. There is no elevator. The bathroom has no place for storage. There are no shelves or a full-size mirror. There are also no toiletries. The bed was also uncomfortable!!!

Breakfast included a variety of options. Croissants were still warm. I could also order fresh-squeezed orange juice or coffee. It was a simple setup but still a great start to the day.

The building had a beautiful older design. My room had everything I needed. Air conditioning also worked well. The location was within walking distance of many attractions. I appreciated the hotel keeping my baggage after checkout.
