i stayed in the studio kitchen and pool access room and it was so clean. the staff helped with early check-in, i liked that. i relaxed by the pool and the steam room after walking on the cobblestone streets.

the location was convenient. it was just a short walk to many shops. the room had a fridge. i liked that the room temperature was perfect and i slept well.
the street was very busy with traffic. it was noisy in the bedroom from the traffic outside. the windows did not block the sound well. i woke up to noise from other guests entering their rooms.

the staff were polite and the location allowed for a reasonable walk to the city center.
I was frustrated by the uncomfortable bed. I woke up with back pain each morning. the noise from outside was also significant because of poor window insulation. It was hard to sleep.

The staff was polite and always available at the front desk. Valet parking included in and out privileges, and this was very helpful. Filtered water was available 24/7 downstairs, so I refilled my bottle easily.
The room temperature was a little cold. I was unable to control it from inside the room.

The room felt spacious and very clean. I found kitchen facilities well-equipped. The bed was big, great for good rest after exploring the city.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city center with a short walk. I also found the neighborhood quiet, so noise levels never became a concern during my time at the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was always smiling. The front desk provided assistance whenever I needed something. I felt welcome , and I appreciated the attentiveness of the team.
