small roommusty bathroom smell
the room i booked seemed smaller than expected from the pictures i saw. the bathroom also had this persistent musty smell, a small issue i hoped maintenance would address faster. the breakfast service, though tasty, felt a little disorganized on the busier mornings. it was difficult finding a staff member at times to assist with seating arrangements, and the coffee machine broke down twice during my short stay.

Breakfast outside in the garden was lovely. The setting was quite beautiful. The staff proved helpful . The service I received seemed excellent.
The parking is managed by an independent garage. They moved cars to another area without permission. I found the security level too low.

The breakfast was excellent. A really helpful staff were always available. The Suite King room was super clean. The hotel included a beautiful inner garden. I noticed soaring ceilings in public spaces. I saw many antiques on display. My room came with a spacious bathroom. The location permitted short walks to the Arno. The train station was an easy walk.
The parking is managed by an independent garage, and they moved cars to another area.
