The Westin Excelsior, Rome features 281 rooms and 35 Signature Suites, including the Villa La Cupola. Even the smallest rooms are more generous than many you'll find in the capital city. The elegant rooms include a flat-screen TV with both satellite and pay-per-view channels, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a safe deposit box, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower, bidet, and free toiletries. Some rooms have balconies or terraces. Rooms with rollaway beds are available upon request with a signed waiver. The decor is either ornate Empire or understated Biedermeier, both with prestigious damasks, period furnishings, and marble bathrooms with showers and tubs.
Diverse Dining Options
The Doney restaurant is open all day till 11 PM, serving a buffet breakfast with fresh pastries, charcuteries, eggs and bacon, fresh fruit and yogurt (costs 39€ per person; kids 0-3 eat free from Kids Menu). Expect popular dishes like spaghetti with clams, club sandwiches, and a variety of creative burgers and pizzas. Café Doney is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, offering hot and cold street food. Orvm Bar, the lobby bar, is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, with jing tea and crafted cocktails. The Orvm Bar features herringbone wood floors and yellow stained glass. Ramps allow access to Front Office, Restaurant and Bar. The Restaurant Doney has been remodeled using pale marble floors, stone walls and light wood finishes.
Leisure and Wellness
The hotel includes a 300 m² wellness centre with a hot tub and an indoor swimming pool. The in-house Kamispa wellness centre offers a Turkish bath and a variety of massages and beauty treatments. The WestinWORKOUT(R) Fitness Studio, accessible 24/7 with a room key, offers Technogym facilities, cardio equipment, strength equipment, hand weights sauna and steam rooms. WestinWORKOUT Gear Lending Kits, including equipment from Hyperice and Bala, are available.
Location and Access
Located on Via Veneto, The Westin Excelsior, Rome, is within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Galleria Borghese. Termini Central train station is a 10-minute taxi ride. Busses and the Leonardo Express direct train from the airport arrive at Termini Central Station. The main entrance of the hotel is not accessible with a wheel chair, but a side door is available to reach guest rooms. The hotel will gladly arrange a private car transfer from/to the hotel.

The hotel offers valet service at the garage close to the hotel, with costs starting at 70 € per day depending on the size of the vehicle. Laundry service is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. A business center is available 24/7.
