The St Regis Rome offers rooms and suites styled with Rubelli fabrics and handmade glass. Maximum occupancy for Superior and Deluxe rooms is 2 persons, while Imperial rooms and Suites accommodate 3 guests. Connecting rooms are available for families with kids under 12. The hotel provides two or three-bedroom Suites. All rooms feature air conditioning and coffee makers. Water boilers and iron boards are available on request. Bathrooms include black Maquina or sandy marble, terrazzo or travertine floors, soaking tubs, enclosed showers, and Laboratoire Remède products. Some suites have small balconies or terraces. An electronic safe box is available in all rooms, with a person digit code. The hotel provides blankets, bumpers, and pillows upon signed waiver. All rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

LUMEN, Cocktails & Cuisine is the hotel's all-day dining venue, open daily for breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM, with a buffet option available for 65€ per person. Dammann Frères has been selected as exclusive partner at The St Regis Rome giving a modern italian take on Mrs Astor's exclusive afternoon gatherings. The signature Bloody Mary cocktail, the Red Admiral, features Italian spices and flavors.
Leisure and wellness
The hotel features a Fitness Studio with Technogym facilities, accessible 24/7 with a room key and complimentary to all guests. The Asian-inspired Kami spa on the hotel's fifth floor offers eight massage treatments, including the St Regis signature massage, which combines Thai, Shiatsu, and Lomi techniques. The hotel offers guests an iconic Fiat 600 Multipla from 1962, designed exclusively and realized by Garage Italia, with a new zero emission electric engine unit that will take the guest to a special trip to discover the most iconic points of interest of Rome.
