While the hotel's location is superb, right near Bayside Marketplace and the Cruise Port, the overall condition leaves much to be desired. The rooms are small and dated, lacking essential amenities like a fridge and drawers. The staff, although friendly, seemed overwhelmed and the service sporadic. For the price we paid, I think there are better options available that offer more value.
