underwhelming stay. some issues with service
closed pool bar dated rooms
the room was nice and clean enough, with decent views to the port.
The hotel lacked some important amenities. the pool bar was closed most days, so getting a drink poolside required going to the main bar. towels were also hard to get unless i went down very early in the morning. That hit like a basic expectation not being met. plus, the rooms felt dated. My room had a bathtub and could clearly use some upgrades.

The hotel's location was ideal. Many attractions were within walking distance.

excellent hotel near bayside
convenient location short ride
i found the location convenient. i could easily walk to bayside marketplace for shopping and dining (i especially loved the variety of restaurants there). the proximity to the port was also beneficial as i was planning a cruise after my stay, it was only a short ride away.

excellent stay with skyline views
nice hotel spacious room convenient travel free trolleys
I found the hotel very nice. the room was spacious, and i enjoyed the pool area. several travel options were located just around the corner of the hotel. the metromover and trolleys were free, and there was a bus stop right across the street. It cost $2.25 each way.

the hotel is centrally located. it is close to a metromover station, which provides easy access around the area. food options are available, like checkers across the street as well as publix a block over.

Excellent Pre-Cruise Stay
quick service grocery store clean room
I stayed one night before my cruise. I could clearly see the ships from my room. Valet parking provided quick service. A large grocery store is a short walk away. It allowed me to get last-minute cruise supplies. The hotel and my room were clean and well-kept (the bathroom was spacious!).
The elevators were quite slow. Many people were checking in and out with luggage before their cruises, and the elevators could not handle the traffic. At times, I had a considerable wait to go up or down.

The hotel is close to the cruise port. It is conveniently located near public transportation. A large grocery store across the street is useful for picking up essentials and snacks. It made logistics very manageable.
