Acceptable Stay Near the Port

I appreciated the proximity to the market. It was convenient for a quick trip. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I found this to be a positive aspect of my stay. The food at the restaurant was quite good as well.

The room door looked like someone tried to pick at it. It gave a sketchy impression, which I did not like. My key cards did not work initially. I had to go back to reception to get them fixed. The hotel parking was expensive.

The room was clean, and the climate control worked very well. It kept the room at a consistent temperature. The hotel's proximity to the cruise port and nearby attractions was a big plus for our travel plans. I found the breakfast buffet convenient. It had a good selection of items. The staff was helpful, always available, and they provided quick assistance with directions.

The elevators seemed slow. I sometimes experienced a short wait.

I found the location convenient for accessing attractions. The staff helped store my suitcase securely before my cruise. My room offered a nice view. The breakfast area presented a beautiful space to start the day.

The hallways had a noticeable musty smell, a minor issue.

excellent location helpful staff

the location is excellent it is close to bayside shopping. the staff was helpful . the check in process was fabulous and quick.

there was no sign outside the building it was hard to locate. the hotel only offers valet parking this is costly.

the hotel features three elevators for guest use though sometimes one is out of service. the main area of the hotel looked great with pleasant aesthetics. a restaurant is located within the hotel premises for dining convenience.
