the marina views were really good from our room, they enhanced our pre-cruise stay. the staff showed genuine care and provided prompt assistance. the convenient cruise transportation added to the overall positive experience, it made our travel seamless.
the breakfast buffet had fewer choices than i expected, it would be good to add a few more options.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided $8 van transportation to the cruise terminals. This made it convenient for getting on the ship. The hotel is very close to the terminals and that's AMAZING!!!
I found a $30 resort fee a bit much. The basic meals cost more than the credited amount. I found that bottled water was not provided in the room. There was also a fee for package deliveries.
