long wait loud noise
the hotel location seemed acceptable.
The valet service was HORRIBLE. I waited over twenty minutes for my car. NO ONE ever answered the phone when i tried to call them. the noise at night was UNBEARABLE. Loud cars and airplanes made it hard to sleep.

elegant vibe friendly staff valet parking
i visited family members who were staying here. the place has an elegant vibe and the staff were friendly. adolfo, the valet parking person, was very helpful. i found the experience seamless.
the beds were not comfortable at all and i experienced back pain. they charged $10 each for two bottles of water in the room. simple things like this affected my review. no low dim light was near the toilet.

stained towels obstructed view
My stay had some issues I didn't expect. the room was not cleaned properly. I noticed stains on the towels provided in the bathroom. also, the promised city view from my room was obstructed by a building. this was disappointing as it was a key reason I chose this hotel. i also was charged for water
