I appreciated the quick service from the staff. The hotel offers a large supermarket nearby. This made getting snacks and drinks convenient. I also found the fast and reliable wifi helpful for some work tasks.
The music from the pool area was audible in my room, disrupting my sleep and relaxation.

The view from the balcony was quite nice. It had everything i needed.
the hallway felt too dark. the cleanliness was not what i expected (i found stains). i was offered another room, but it was a downgrade from the two-bed room i booked to a one-bed room.

the rooms were quite large. the swimming pool was awesome. the non smoking rooms had no smells. i found the beds very comfortable.
my room's kitchenette was unstocked. i had to request plates cutlery and a kettle. it cost $40 to empty the fridge. i had to make room for my own food.

i found the bellman demarko were really nice he helped me with my bags. the hotel was clean i found the staff helpful and the bay views were beautiful at sunset. i was greeted with prosecco at reception and i really appreciated it the bartender natalie gave the most very nice service.
the hallway felt dark but this was a minor issue i quickly forgot about

the hotel is located in a very magnificent setting the location is amazing and very well located the hotel is located on a quiet avenue but a few blocks from the beach i found it very convenient.
