the location was excellent. it was very close to restaurants and nightlife. all staff were very pleasant (i had a great chat with alex). alex and the manager welcomed me and i was happy with my stay.
my sheets had a stain. i asked for them to be changed, but i had to put the new sheets on the bed myself. lighting was not great and i recommend shower shoes are worn in the shower. a friend's sink was clogged and she found makeup spots on her pillow.

The location was amazing! It made exploring easy. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant being right on site with a discount was very convenient, I appreciated it.
The noise from other guests was noticeable, especially late at night. I could hear people coming and going. It disrupted my sleep a little.

The room had two queen beds, provided a nice amount of space, and featured multiple mirrors. A large TV was available. The bathroom included a shower. Light was abundant.

The hotel is very close to the beach, about a two minute walk. It is about ten minutes by car from the city center. This location provides easy access to both the beach and the attractions. I found it quite convenient.

The staff members were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Josh in particular stood out, as he provided excellent service. I noticed that they addressed all needs.

The hotel has a darling restaurant affiliated with it right next door. Guests get a 20% discount. I saw the restaurant to be convenient and well-priced. I was able to quickly grab a bite.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local shops and dining. I booked this hotel for a conference, and it was conveniently located near the conference space. The room was nice and clean, also the bed was very comfortable. I was pleased with the vanity, in addition to the bathroom mirror.

The hotel is just a block behind Ocean Drive. This puts it around the corner from the Versace Mansion. There are many local restaurants nearby, and the beach is also just a block away. So it's a great location.

A restaurant is conveniently attached. It offers breakfast and mimosas. A cute restaurant called the Rakija Lounge is on site. It has a fantastic ambiance. They also offer a breakfast special until 1 p.m with a free mimosa.

The rooms include a smart TV, refrigerator, and a safe. My room featured two luscious queen beds, also a lovely rainforest shower head. Beach towels are available free of charge. The building showcases an Art Deco style, built in 1939.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was helpful in holding our bags. They also arranged to have our cars ready for our early morning departure. One staff member, Alejandra, was particularly fabulous.
