peeling wallpaperpoor soundproofing

The room needed some love. Wallpaper was peeling, and there were a few stains on the carpet. i also wasn't thrilled with the noise from the street. It. the soundproofing wasn't great, sadly

bad housekeepingmissing courtyard view

the housekeeping was really bad. i asked for coffee. they brought towels, not coffee! the next day i asked again and they said they don't like to give too much coffee! also. i paid extra for a courtyard view but my room did not overlook the courtyard at all. it was so frustrating.
