Marcia provided wonderful customer service during check-in. Our large group found the check-in process to be seamless. The beach access was great. I appreciated not having to carry a lot of items. The hotel's location allowed walking to various spots nearby.
I encountered an issue regarding the towel card. I was charged for it because no one had informed me of this policy, and that gave the feeling of a hidden fee.

I found the hotel to be clean and located near many stores. restaurants are close by and the beach is a short walk away. the staff was amazing. the room was super clean and well kept and the amenities were more than i could have asked for

The hotel offers few breakfast options and poor quality. the staff is not friendly or helpful. One day cleaning service did not clean the room. i filed a complaint and after four requests the room was serviced.

the rooms are spacious enough and clean. rooms offer a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. there were three sized towels in the room, a very nice touch. the hotel ensured i had a pleasant stay.

The pool and its surrounding garden are well maintained. bike rentals are available. the hotel also provides beach towels. I really appreciated this. there's also a trolley stop right in front of the building. public transport is easy.
