The location was GREAT. The free tram made going to south beach so easy. The on-site restaurant had a good ambiance. The food was AMAZING!!! The free happy hour was also a plus. The staff was very nice and helpful and let me check in early.
The rooms were very small. There was not even space for a large luggage to keep it opened in the room.

The location was great. I found it peaceful, only a short walk from the beach. Restaurants, shops, and bars are also nearby. The Tavern restaurant downstairs served a quick coffee. I appreciated the pleasant and helpful service at the front desk. Beach towels are available for borrowing!!!
The gym is quite small. It has limited equipment. I think additional fitness options would enhance the overall experience.

the front desk staff were always happy to help , answering all my questions with grace. the hotel offered beach chairs and towels . i also appreciated the location , it was a short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk.
the room i had faced a wall , which wasn't ideal , and it lacked soundproofing. the air conditioning was quite loud , and the fridge in the room also made a lot of noise. the tv quality was low , and i could not stream online because of the poor internet connection.

The rooftop area and the swimming pool are great. I enjoyed the happy hour with free cocktails every evening. The Tavern, the restaurant on site, served tasty food and had very nice staff.
My room was small. The bar fridge emitted a bright white light all night. I could hear the elevator and people in the halls during the night.

I liked the free water stand. I also enjoyed the free beach towels provided by the hotel. The location was convenient. It was away from busy areas. I found the staff friendly and professional, VERY helpful. I would mention THE Tavern had great food and drinks.
The walls felt a bit thin, and I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.
