spacious room large pool area welcome drink
the room was very clean and spacious. it had a large pool area with enough beds. the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival. free water refill was available. free pool towels were accessible, also i checked in one hour early.
the road outside was quite noisy if you get a room facing that direction.

The hotel offered plentiful water for hydrating, which i found very thoughtful. i appreciated the easy access to a great location. the staff was helpful. i also liked the well-decorated sitting areas with art.
the gym equipment could use a little updating!

Hussein welcomed me warmly upon my early arrival and accommodated my situation. This made my day so much better! the front desk staff were helpful, assisting with various requests, and the manager was readily available.

The hotel features two swimming pools. A quieter one is on the ground level, and a more lively rooftop pool is also available. i noticed the possibility of renting bikes for exploring the area. the hotel offered a happy hour with complimentary drinks.

The hotel includes an onsite restaurant and cafe. This adds convenience. i observed angie and stafano at the restaurant, and they were very helpful and friendly. the hotel provided lemonade and water throughout the day in the lobby.

a bit underwhelming stay
missing water faulty usb port
the room i booked was listed as a king studio suite. it included a living area and sofa (i was pretty excited). the description felt embellished to me. there was no complimentary water in the room (or tea and coffee). also, one of the usb ports by the bed didn't work.
