the pool presented a good view of the city, it was acceptable.
check-in experienced excessive delays, i waited an unreasonable amount of time. the staff at the counter seemed unable to address inquiries about hotel facilities. a specific event lacked adequate seating, and i observed requests for payment for drinks advertised as complimentary.

Really good Stay and Service
excellent social spacescityscape viewmodern equipmentfriendly staff
the hotel rooms provided excellent social spaces that allowed participants unique ways to network (it really fostered collaboration). the ninth-floor pool was a standout feature with its amazing cityscape view. the gym had modern equipment,. victor ensured our coffee cups were always full during the breakfast buffet.
I did note that the elevators sometimes took a while. I waited almost fifteen minutes once.

the staff proved professional and responsive, always ready to assist with any needs that arose. miguel at the front desk offered very helpful assistance, particularly when i required guidance. overall service was great.

the fitness center included state-of-the-art equipment, awesome for comprehensive workouts. the hotel included a large selection of treats at the breakfast buffet. the pool area was very well kept and offered clear city views.

the location is convenient to public transit and other attractions. the hotel also have very nice views and it is very clean. i like the double beds that feel like two rooms in one. the front desk even gave us a bottle of wine
the hotel lost my luggage and they refused to do anything to help. the customer service here is bad and the staff are unprofessional. i do not appreciate that.
