fantastic location and friendly service
helpful staff excellent location easy access
the staff was very helpful. the location is excellent close to everything. i found beach access very easy. also they offer towels for the beach.
the elevator was slow. sometimes it was quite busy. i had to wait longer than expected.

Chiara provided an amazing welcome and suggested places of interest! She went out of her way to help me. The food in the restaurant is quite good. the room maintained a cool temperature thanks to excellent air conditioning, which I consider essential here.
The elevator was out of service . This made moving between the lobby and upper floors a bit inconvenient.

The hotel boasts a location right in the heart of the action. The position provides easy access to many restaurants and parks. The beach is directly across the street from the hotel. A CVS is conveniently next door.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. Thomas checked me in late at night and gave recommendations for things to see! Francisco assisted with luggage and showed attentiveness. the staff demonstrated engagement and provided excellent service.

Guests can easily rent bicycles, towels, and beach chairs from the front desk. An espresso machine is available in the room. The main areas of the hotel exhibit a cute and cozy art deco theme. A comfortable bed ensures restful sleep.

slow elevator worn carpets
the elevator was SO slow i was late a couple times. the carpets in the hallway looked quite worn. the air conditioning made a loud noise at night making it hard to sleep properly.

I appreciate the staff. Nerine at reception was a joy after a long day. She was super kind and helpful. The staff carried our bags up the stairs because the elevator didn't work.

The location includes free bikes available . Beach access is convenient. The hotel is directly on the beachfront and across from Ocean Drive, made getting around very easy for us.
