small room limited space
The location was acceptable. It was near many things I wanted to see.
The room I booked for four people felt really small to me. There was not much room for luggage. The closet had only three hangers, a tiny sink, and no plugs.

amazing service very clean rooms rooftop pool
this was my second stay. the staff provided amazing customer service. i found the hotel and rooms very clean. the rooftop pool was a definite highlight for me.
the key to my room stopped working. i needed assistance to get in, then had to return to reception later to fix it.

a mixed experience
musty hallway weak pressure
The room i got wasn't great. the elevator seemed pretty old, and it barely fit three people. the hallway had this musty smell i really did not like. the water pressure in the shower was weak. It barely reached.

The location proved quite convenient. The beach was a short walk from the building. The staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. I also appreciated the multiple dining options nearby.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit three people with luggage. The hallways felt musty . I also noticed some wear and tear in the room, especially in the bathroom.
