The front desk staff was very cute and accommodating. I received two water bottles every day. Ice was delivered to my room upon request. Complimentary chairs and towels at the beach on 10th Street were included in my stay.
The pool is managed by a company different from the hotel. The music around the pool was too loud. I found it difficult to relax during my holiday. The rooftop bar service was slow.

The valet service was available. This service had reduced costs compared to nearby parking. the rooms were clean, and i noticed i received fresh drinking water daily. beach amenities included complimentary beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels.

really good staff and location
helpful staff early check-in amazing staff
I found tina helpful with check-in and baggage assistance. she even proactively informed me about available rooms for early check-in, which i really appreciated. richard and alexander at the beach were amazing and very approachable when i needed help, always with smiles and kind service. the shower was great. I also liked the special area for bags in the room
