the location offered convenient access to many attractions. the subway station near the building made city exploration simple. i found the staff helpful, especially with directions and suggestions. the rooftop bar provided a great view of the cityscape..
i encountered some issues with the room's noise insulation. sounds from the hallway disrupted my sleep a few times.

the location was so convenient. It was near public transportation. I could easily walk to many popular attractions. The room included a coffee maker which i appreciated. I was thankful for the daily housekeeping services.

Awesome Location Near Everything!

My room was super clean and the staff changed towels daily. It was also in the Koreatown area, with lots of things nearby. I also loved how close it was to major attractions, it made exploring easy. The subway was really close. It helped me get around quick.
Some of the linens looked old and worn. The hotel should buy new linens.

The rooftop bar provides a fantastic view. Seeing the city lights at night was a highlight. There is bag storage available after check-out, it made my last day much easier. Coffee is free in the lower level. This was very convenient.

The room includes a TV for entertainment. This helped me relax after long days. An in-room coffee machine lets me enjoy coffee without leaving the room. The AC and heat worked great, this kept the room comfortable.

The hotel stands near the Empire State Building. This provides easy access to a major landmark. Lots of restaurant options surround the area, I always found something good. The hotel stands close to Penn Station, it made train travel simple.
