a haven in the heart of everything
clean bed kind staff coffee machine convenient location
the room was very clean i found both the bed and bathroom super clean. the front desk staff were always available i noticed they handled every question with kindness. i appreciated the complimentary coffee machine i could fill my water bottle with ease. the location proved convenient i easily accessed many restaurants and a nearby market.
the elevator service proved a slight inconvenience at peak times i noticed occasional waits.

the complimentary breakfast offered various options each morning i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon available. the coffee station provided a reliable caffeine boost before beginning the day exploring. it was a satisfying start to each day.

They are easily accessible by foot. the neighborhood felt safe i felt secure walking around even at night.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Flaws
small room insecure locks
The location is great offering convenient access to public transportation.
The room felt rather small and looked a bit OLD. The elevator was also somewhat concerning. It lacked keycard access, giving ANYONE the ability to reach any floor. I also noticed the locks on the room doors did not seem very secure.

The location was pretty great. Everything felt quite close. the roof terrace was a treasure. i enjoyed the friendly front desk staff, they really assisted me with directions. also, i found the comfy bed and fresh linens particularly nice after long days.
The phone wasn't working, this made contacting the front desk difficult. the carpet seemed stained, it gave the room an aged appearance. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. I really needed to open a window.

I found the provided extra pillows really accommodating after long days of exploring. the ac unit was effective and easy to control. i loved the rooftop bar offering awesome views. It's a perfect spot to unwind after sightseeing. the complimentary coffee machine was a welcome touch, providing convenient access to beverages.
The elevator seemed a little slow at times. I noticed some waiting during peak hours.

the location offered convenient access to many attractions. the subway station near the building made city exploration simple. i found the staff helpful, especially with directions and suggestions. the rooftop bar provided a great view of the cityscape..
i encountered some issues with the room's noise insulation. sounds from the hallway disrupted my sleep a few times.

Awesome Location Near Everything!
clean room perfect location nearby attractions close subway
My room was super clean and the staff changed towels daily. It was also in the Koreatown area, with lots of things nearby. I also loved how close it was to major attractions, it made exploring easy. The subway was really close. It helped me get around quick.
Some of the linens looked old and worn. The hotel should buy new linens.

The rooftop bar provides a fantastic view. Seeing the city lights at night was a highlight. There is bag storage available after check-out, it made my last day much easier. Coffee is free in the lower level. This was very convenient.
