the room was very clean i found both the bed and bathroom super clean. the front desk staff were always available i noticed they handled every question with kindness. i appreciated the complimentary coffee machine i could fill my water bottle with ease. the location proved convenient i easily accessed many restaurants and a nearby market.
the elevator service proved a slight inconvenience at peak times i noticed occasional waits.

They are easily accessible by foot. the neighborhood felt safe i felt secure walking around even at night.

The location is great offering convenient access to public transportation.
The room felt rather small and looked a bit OLD. The elevator was also somewhat concerning. It lacked keycard access, giving ANYONE the ability to reach any floor. I also noticed the locks on the room doors did not seem very secure.

The location was pretty great. Everything felt quite close. the roof terrace was a treasure. i enjoyed the friendly front desk staff, they really assisted me with directions. also, i found the comfy bed and fresh linens particularly nice after long days.
The phone wasn't working, this made contacting the front desk difficult. the carpet seemed stained, it gave the room an aged appearance. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. I really needed to open a window.

My room was super clean and the staff changed towels daily. It was also in the Koreatown area, with lots of things nearby. I also loved how close it was to major attractions, it made exploring easy. The subway was really close. It helped me get around quick.
Some of the linens looked old and worn. The hotel should buy new linens.

The rooftop bar provides a fantastic view. Seeing the city lights at night was a highlight. There is bag storage available after check-out, it made my last day much easier. Coffee is free in the lower level. This was very convenient.
