The location is fantastic! It is very close to Times Square and the subway station. The bed was comfortable. Free luggage storage was available. The staff upgraded my room to two beds, a gesture I appreciated. I was traveling with my sister for her birthday, and the extra space was helpful.
The air conditioning was a little noisy.

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but many places to eat are nearby. Several restaurants are within a short walk. Hershey's store is nearby, and guests get a free chocolate upon arrival. This is a sweet bonus for the stay.

The hotel provides spacious and cozy rooms. The upgraded room included two beds, offering extra space. The TV had many channels available at no extra cost. There was gift credit available to use. The beds are really comfortable!

The hotel sits right on Times Square! Central Park is only a 20-minute walk. The subway is close by, very convenient. The area felt safe even when traveling alone. You are in the middle of everything.

i really enjoyed the ideal location close to several landmarks. friendly staff members were available, always ready to assist. proximity to the subway station made travel easy. i found the room clean upon arrival, which i really appreciated.
The bed was too shaky. When one person moved, the entire bed vibrated too much.

the reception desk offers 24-hour assistance which i think is convenient for late arrivals or early departures. staff can arrange taxi services directly from the lobby. i noticed a dedicated concierge desk helping with local tours.
