Great skyline views!
spacious room clean room helpful staff members late checkout
The room was spacious and very clean. Staff members were helpful. They were always available when I needed something. The view of the skyline from the higher floors was fine (i loved the view!). I was offered late checkout. It was a nice bonus.
The neighborhood felt a LITTLE deserted at night.

The hotel offers complimentary Nescafé coffee from a machine in the mornings. Green Valley business, near the stairs to the subway station, is a place to eat healthy food. It stays open 24 hours.

The front desk provided quick, detailed, and friendly service. Pre-checking was easy and fast. I spent less than 3 minutes at the counter. Staff held my luggage after check-out until my departure, a SERVICE I appreciated.

I got a room with an excellent view straight toward the city. The room included a safe (where I secured my documents). The beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious for restful nights after long days of exploring.

professional personnel modern decor spacious balcony
the front desk staff was professional and courteous. the hotel's decor felt modern. my superior king balcony room included a big balcony overlooking the 59 st bridge (i enjoyed the views). valet parking was available for $25 per night.
the room did not have enough available outlets for my devices.
