noisy room terrible housekeeping
I was really disappointed that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 pm. they gave us a different room, but it had no daylight. the room felt old, it was quite noisy, and the shower curtain was too short, so the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. housekeeping was also terrible. Our room wasn't serviced for two days in a row. i was so ready to leave.

FANTASTIC Stay!
hard work great help attentive staff
Nicholas helped store over 60 bags. He worked HARD! Christian assisted with all our needs. He gave GREAT help. Sarita and Malik were attentive. They helped at all times.
I booked a king room, but I was moved to a room with two smaller beds.

The hotel is close to the metro and various bus services. This makes transportation easy. The location also includes walkable distance to attractions, a HUGE plus. There is also kind, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast had plentiful options and tasted quite nice. I noticed many selections, including items to make your own waffles. Breakfast at the hotel gave a GOOD start to the day.

This location is near many attractions. This makes seeing the sites easy. The hotel has a lively location and provides easy access to anything. It is also close to intercity bus services.

The hotel location is very convenient. I could easily walk to Hudson River ferries. The hotel also is not far from the High line. I found the staff very helpful and friendly.
My room felt quite dated with very narrow hallways. I stayed two nights. My room was never serviced . That was not ideal. The price felt high for what the hotel offered.

i found the location quite convenient.. penn station was within easy walking distance. access to the hudson river ferries was simple. the intrepid museum was also nearby.

the reception staff (gregory and amanda) assisted with our requests. the hotel has a convenient location for exploring times square. broadway and good restaurants are nearby. the subway is a short walk and provides access to attractions.
