i found the staff at the front desk were excellent. they were cute. the hotel is clean. its location is convenient. it is close to many restaurants and tourist spots.
The elevators could be improved. Two elevators for a hotel this size means wait times can be substantial, a bit annoying.

The room had warm lighting, a feature i liked a lot. the bathroom was beautiful and water pressure in the shower was great. A very nice touch! the bed was very comfortable.

I loved the bar and coffee place on the 6th floor. It is beautiful. it also has wonderful views. I enjoyed having coffee up there. there are many restaurants nearby. It is convenient.

The hotel location was excellent (it was easy to walk to most places). The staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern. They provide filtered water.
The elevators were quite slow. The bathroom door had large gaps, so privacy was minimal. I found the noise from the hallway quite disruptive.

david at front desk was very nice. he helped me every time i needed him. the room had a coffee machine for mornings, it was wonderful. i loved finding free water on each floor, a very romantic touch.
the hotel had slow elevators. i waited long for them. it was not convenient.

central location, a true delight, put me close to many places. i walked easily to times square. bryant park was just across the street, this made it a sweet and tender place.

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard noises from the hallway quite often. the furniture seemed worn, and the bed felt too soft and narrow. it was not the best experience, I was expecting a better room for that price.

The staff were very attentive. Arlette at the front desk was especially helpful. My room was clean and spacious. It included an adjustable coffee table. The winter skating rink was close by.
