the location suited me perfectly with its proximity to grand central, metlife stadium and penn station it made getting around simple i was given a room on a high floor and the view was nice the staff were accommodating when i requested an early check in and a late check out which really helped.
i did notice there weren't many drawers available for storing clothes which meant i had to keep most of my belongings in my suitcase

the room was well maintained with a comfortable bed and a good sized shower there was sufficient space in the washroom everything felt clean and fresh though closet space was a bit limited.

the elevators operated efficiently without long waits ensuring smooth access to different floors i noticed good security measures were in place during the night adding to the sense of safety. the hotel seemed quite new and everything was working well.

complimentary coffee and lemon water were available throughout the day which i thought was a nice touch i didn't have a full meal at the hotel but the available options seemed convenient. there are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

the staff were universally friendly and ready to help with any questions or requests i had the front desk was particularly efficient with check in and check out processes it seemed like the team genuinely cared about guest satisfaction.

the hotel's location is perfect it is near madison square garden, times square and the vessel access to the train station is easy allowing quick trips around the city. the flower district adds a lovely touch to the surroundings.

the beds were very comfortable a large room included a nice shower front desk service was adequate
i stayed in a room without a chair or desk i found this surprising given how many aloft hotels i have visited the room layout seemed odd i also thought useless decor took up space that could have been used more effectively
