inconsistent service and deposit issues

difficult door extra bag

the bathroom door was a real struggle to slide. also, getting the room cleaned reminded me of pulling teeth. we only got a full cleaning once during our four-night stay. they seemed more focused on cleaning rooms for new arrivals. a five dollar charge per extra bag after checkout for storage seemed unfair. we had several bags and backpacks so this was a real hassle

the room provided views directly to the church and skyscrapers. clean service was provided frequently. the hotel guard gave great assistance before my departure.

difficult door inadequate cleaning

The bathroom's sliding door proved quite difficult to operate. the cleaning service was not up to par as my room was only thoroughly cleaned once during my five-night stay. often, they would arrive at 4 p.m., precisely when i was preparing for dinner, inconvenient. while i appreciate it was the holiday season, the promises of cleaning services weren't upheld and a fee was applied for bag storage following checkout. A practice i found most unacceptable.
