i stayed in a beautiful room. the location was good, a quick walk to times square. the room was also a decent size (i was really surprised).
the heating system was quite loud. it switched on whenever the temperature dropped even slightly (i found it disturbed my sleep a bit). i also noticed some cracked tiles in the bathroom.

i found our room very spacious and quite clean. the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea in a cozy area on the second floor. i appreciated the affordable parking right next to the building. accessing times square, various restaurants, and stores was easy because i could easily walk.
the elevator made a strange noise sometimes, though it always worked. it was not a major issue, but worth noting for anyone who is sensitive to sounds.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day, a very welcome touch. A cappuccino machine provided good quality drinks. though they didn't have a full breakfast, there were pastries and muffins available in the morning. it made for a cheerful start to the day.

My room had a comfortable, firm king-size mattress. the room had modern decor. it felt very clean and neat. Our room was also quiet and dark. i slept soundly each night because the room provided ample space and everything i needed.

The second floor featured a lounge area with comfortable seating. This space included a tv and a large dining table. valet parking was available, but i used a nearby parking garage. the hotel location is convenient to many attractions and subway stations.

I enjoyed the convenient location near major attractions. the staff quickly provided extra towels when i asked. i especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite. It became available the next day, and mel handled the luggage transfer, remembering me from a previous visit. i was happy to see such attention to detail!!!
there was some building work outside that covered the front of the building with scaffolding.
