The hotel offers pour over coffee in each room, a highlight. The location proved convenient, near McCarren Park and many restaurants. A mini fridge was available. I also appreciated the drinks and snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
My room lacked sufficient towels and mugs. there were no plates available. The shower leaked, causing water to flood the room.

The front desk staff were helpful. Turndown service was very responsive, our room was tidy. Staff downstairs cared about my experience. They are always ready to help.

The door person was pleasant and provided helpful information. I received two complimentary celebratory drinks at El Nico for a birthday. The hotel upgraded me to a spacious queen suite. It was large enough for morning yoga. A big fridge and microwave were included, a coffee pour-over was available in the room.
i wish the hotel provided soap and sponges for washing cups and cutlery in the kitchen.

the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. The staff were really good in every way. They provided information and were cute to guests upon arrival to the hotel, i really liked it.

The location allows you to walk to basic necessities. There are shops, and subway nearby too! It's also convenient for visiting other parts of the city with ease. This is one of the best features.
