Very nice Stay!

My time was wonderful. The subway made getting around simple. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. My room included a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the amazing views.

I wish the room had better blackout curtains because a lot of light came in early each morning. This made it difficult to sleep in. I hope they fix this soon.

The shower had temperature control issues. It dispensed only scalding hot water. Resolution of this problem proved impossible , and the hotel was fully booked that night. Compensation was minimal, and they did not waive the facilities fee! I found this unacceptable and expected a more proactive approach to resolving the problem. The hotel should maintain its facilities to a higher standard.

I found the location quite convenient, close to soho and accessible to key areas by subway. The staff were cute and very helpful with directions. The rooftop bar provided amazing views and a great atmosphere. Complimentary iced coffee from the bartenders was a plus.

I noticed the gym was a bit small for the size of the hotel.
