I found the location very convenient to train and metro station. the staff was really competent with most of them being very kind. i was satisfied with the room because it was clean, arranged well and maintained. The bed was also comfortable.
The room lacked a refrigerator, not ideal for keeping drinks cold. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult.

i had a room perfect for a family. it included enough space. dunkin donuts was close, i could get a coffee easily. the staff seemed friendly to me.
the ac made noise even at its lowest setting, i think. it was hard to sleep with it. breakfast was slow, i waited an hour some days. i also had to change rooms after the first day because of faulty lights.
