Just okay, I suppose
elevator problem constant noise
The location was acceptable though not really good.
My room was not great. There was constant noise from nearby garbage trucks. The elevators were a nightmare. ONE elevator seemed to always be out of service, so I waited a very long time. Staff didn't seem to care much about these problems.

solid stay near penn station
convenient location competent staff comfortable bed
I found the location very convenient to train and metro station. the staff was really competent with most of them being very kind. i was satisfied with the room because it was clean, arranged well and maintained. The bed was also comfortable.
The room lacked a refrigerator, not ideal for keeping drinks cold. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult.
Facilities

the hotel is near subway station. it provides easy access around the area. there are two small elevators to access upper floors and these sometimes have longer wait times.
