My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out became very smooth and easy. There were many shops and restaurants very close.
I found that there was no shower door, it made it very difficult. The water spread all over the bathroom floor. This made the whole floor very wet for the next person.

Check-in was quick even during a busy time. The staff were VERY helpful and polite. I noticed the hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping team maintained this cleanliness throughout my visit. The location was convenient, allowing me to walk to various places nearby.
The bathroom fan ran LOUDLY all night. I was unable to adjust it.

The location is great. Everything in the area is close. Subways, especially the E train, are easily accessible. The room I had was clean and larger than I expected. The bed was a very comfortable feature!!!
The room had no door in the shower. The whole bathroom got wet after showers.

the location was convenient it was close to public transportation and broadway shows. the room size was good for the area i found the bed comfortable and the towels were clean each day.
i found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. the fan made clicking noises, it only stopped when i turned the ac off , made the room too hot. i also noticed some random people seemed to get upstairs easily. it made me feel a little uneasy
