i was a bit disappointed with a few things . the room i had (a sanctuary king) felt smaller than i expected (maybe the photos online were a bit misleading). also, the breakfast was quite basic with limited options. i expected a bit more variety, especially considering the price.

It was magical. the staff surprised us with sparkling wine upon arrival. Such a lovely touch! the room was spacious, and the bed was the comfiest we've ever experienced in a hotel. i'm already planning our next trip back.
the noise from the street was quite noticeable. it made it a little difficult to sleep at times. i recommend asking for a room away from the street.

The location is excellent. It made getting around so easy. The staff was friendly and very helpful.. I really appreciated their assistance with directions. The continental breakfast offered a decent selection of items.
My room felt a bit small. I didn't have much space to move around with my luggage. The gym equipment seemed outdated, with only a few functional machines. The bar was quite crowded in the evenings, so it was difficult to find a seat.
