The breakfast options are a delight, different from day to day. the staff showed great kindness. i loved the happy hour. It added a touch of joy to each evening. the hotel is a place where one feels pampered and cared for.

Elevator waits sometimes stretched. Three elevators could not meet the demand. i took the stairs down from the sixteenth floor one time.

many tourist areas are close enough to walk to. shops surround the area, though it is a little distance from times square. walking felt safe and exciting because landmarks are so close by.

rooms have needed amenities that make living easier. the room included a mini-fridge and microwave. rooms are spacious, with a junior suite with a sofa bed for more space. it was nice to have these conveniences.

Breakfast is a treat. the staff members are really good at their jobs. i saw kevin help at breakfast. He offered top service. snacks and drinks in the late afternoon are a great idea.

The room included a mini fridge! It also had a microwave, very useful for snacks. The complimentary breakfast was a big advantage. I especially loved the omelet station.

Elevator wait times could get long, the hotel only has three elevators for all guests.

i wished the happy hour could stay open thirty extra minutes. it ended too soon for me.
